Kohlrabi with Walnuts (serves 4)

2 kohlrabis 2 tblspns saladdressing
1 tblsp vinegar pepper and salt
1 tblsp parsley chopped 50 gr walnuts

Peel the kohlrabi and grate coarsely.

Make a sauce with salad dressing, vinegar, p&s and parsley.
Pour over kohlrabi.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the salad.
