Steamed Kohlrabi (side dish for 4)
2 kohlrabi's 1cm water in pan
1 spn salt 1 tblspn oil
nutmeg 1 tblspn chopped chives
Peel kohlrabis and cut in 4., then in 3 mm thick slices.
Heat the
water,salt and oil, when it boils add the kohlrabi.
Mix well. Put lid on the pan and turn down the heat when lid is hot. simmer for until just tender.Strain and add nutmeg and chives
