|Kohlrabi in Cream and Cress (side dish for 4)
2 tblspns cress
little lemon juice
1cm in pan
75gr creme fraiche
Peel and cut in thin strips.
Boil in salted water until just tender.
Warm up the creme fraice, cress, p&s, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Add the kohlrabi warm through and serve
