Spinach Salad

1 lb spinach
1 medium red cabbage
1 medium onion
4 oz apricots
6 tbsps french dressing
2 oz toasted sunflower seeds

1. wash spinach and drain well
2. slice cabbage finely
3. slice onion finely and cut the apricots in slivers
4. tear the spinach leaves with the finger into bite sized pieces and put in dish
5. add cabbage, onion and apricots
6. pour over the dressing and mix together thoroughly
7. sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve
